Las Vegas City Schools has started the enrollment for the 2025-26 school year. Families or parents must proceed with the enrolment process if they are interested for the admission of their child in this school district.

Enrolment Process for Returning Students
Here is the enrolment process for those students who have attended the Las Vegas City Schools in the previous year. Parents or families must pay attention to the enrolment process.
If your student has attended the Mike Mateo Sena Elementary, Los Niños Elementary, Sierra Vista Elementary, Memorial Middle School, or Robertson High School then you need to follow the following enrolment process to successfully enrol your student.
Step by Step Guide for Enrolment of Returning Students
Step 1: Firstly you need to login to your PowerSchool Parent Portal account. Use your login credentials i.e. username and password.
If you don’t have an account then Please contact the Las Vegas City Schools IT Department at (505) 454-5730 between the hours of 8:00am and 4:30pm.
Step 2: Once you’re successfully logged in, then you need to click on the “Forms” which is available on the left “Navigation menu.
Step 3: Now you need to click on the “Enrollment” tab and start the process of Student Registration by completing the Student Registration Forms.
Enrolment Process for New/ Transfer Students
Here is the enrolment process for New/ Transfer Students. If a student has never attended any of the Las Vegas City Schools then you need to follow the step by step guide below to enrol your students.
Step 1: Visit the Pre-Registration page here, https://cybercardinal.powerschool.com/public/formbuilder/form.html
Step 2: You need to fill up the pre-registration form completely and then “Submit” it. Make sure to enter the correct information only, cross check the information once before submitting it.
Step 3: If your form is successfully submitted then you will receive an Enrollment Pre-registration email with instructions. You will get the link of the website to complete the registration and your login credentials will be there.
Step 4: In the step 2 of an Email, there must be a link. You need to open that link.
Step 5: Click on the “Create an account” tab.
Step 6: You need to fill out the “Parent Account Details”. Here you need to use the information on parent email to link your student to the parent account. Check out the parent email for the student’s access code and password.
Step 7: After successfully submitting the form, you will receive an email with a “PowerSchool Account Email Verification link.”. You need to verify your email within 24 hours.
Step 8: Now you can login using your username and password
Step 9: Once you’re successfully logged in, then you need to click on the “Forms” which is available on the left “Navigation menu.
Step 10: Now you need to click on the “Enrollment” tab and start the process of completing the New or Transfer Student Registration Forms.
For the enrolment of new and transfer students, you need to first create an account and then you can proceed to complete the enrolment process. While for returning students, parents already have an account so they can directly proceed with the enrollment.
