After Registration Process

You will see a confirmation page once you have successfully completed the online registration form and uploaded the required documents. It is important to note that the registration will be marked as complete only after the CMS district staff review and processes the documentation.

Please note the applications for the new student registration will be processed by the CMS in the order they are received, so make sure to complete the registration process at the earliest.

If the registration is processed and complete then the parent or guardian will receive an assignment letter.

How to Find Assigned School?

A school will be automatically assigned to your child once the registration is processed successfully. The neighbourhood school will be assigned based on your home address.

You will receive the following documents by US Mail:

• a Student Identification Number (ID)
• Personal Identification Number (PIN)

In order to get the child’s ID and PIN you can even contact your assigned neighborhood school and request them to provide it.

As already mentioned that the applications will be processed in a order they are received, so you must complete the registration process at the earliest in order to ensure that your child get his or her ID and PIN as soon as possible.
